This is a simple but useful app for anyone involved with Baseball, Softball, or Kickball, whether you’re an umpire, a coach, or just a parent watching the game. It is simple to use and keep track of balls, strikes, runs, and outs, and it goes for as many innings as you need.
The app is well designed and easy to use, and is designed with big buttons so even with one hand and wearing an umpire helmet/mask you can use the app.

Just in time for football season, SportsTap (free) makes checking live sports scores easier than ever on your iPhone or iPod Touch. I love following college football, so I’m excited to be able to easily check scores, and not have to wait for the ticker at the bottom of the TV to tell me the score!
SportsTap not only makes it easy to check for scores, but to see what games are going on or are scheduled in the near future. I just used it to make sure I knew what time my Alma Mater was playing on Saturday.
A few design downfalls, it’s easy to accidentally hit the ad on top and it’s hard to accurately touch the home bar at the bottom. Other than that, its a great app that I will use all football season long.
