Space Monkey - Cute iPhone Game
I must be getting pretty picky with my iPhone games after my Batmobile iPhone game review. SpaceMonkey has great graphics and looked fun (and I think I got it for free over Black Friday). The intro video is entertaining, sets up the plot for the game of a monkey that has to pick up trash floating in space. You have to dodge batteries or do a super spin to get them away, and if you spin too much the bananas you just ate come out in your helmet (more cute than gross visually).
It was entertaining and I played a few rounds, but I think it would be more liked by my kids, easy enough they can do it without getting frustrated, and the graphics again are sure cute.
Download Space Monkey for $1.99, the kids will definitely like it

you are wrong about the kids not getting frustrating and it being easy enough. You must have only played the first few ‘introductory’ sectors because it gets HARD. I’m a graduate student and I, like you, got it on Black Friday, and quickly got bored… then in true procrastination style, only came back to it because I was looking for something to do that wasn’t writing my thesis… and then it got HARD - as I’m sure your kids will soon find out, when you try to pass it on for them to play.
Awesome game though… I found this site looking for a hint of some kind for a level well into the game… seems impossible but I’m sure its not… lol.
